Binder Review & Mediation Readiness

Binder Review is an optional readiness step for people who want a neutral organization check before mediation, coaching, AI review, attorney review, or further preparation.

Submitting your binder is not required. Many people use this step simply to pause, organize their work, and understand what may still be missing before deciding what comes next.

Important: Binder Review is for education, organization, coaching preparation, and mediation readiness only. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client, therapist-client, or mediator-client relationship.

What Binder Review Is — and Is Not

✔ What This Is

  • A readiness check before mediation or coaching
  • A way to identify missing or unclear information
  • A preparation step before spending more money
  • A structured pause before escalation
  • A way to organize issues, documents, and questions

✖ What This Is Not

  • Legal advice or legal document preparation
  • A court filing or court submission
  • A guarantee of mediation outcomes
  • An attorney or mediator engagement
  • Therapy or mental health treatment

When Binder Review Makes Sense

Binder Review is most helpful when:

  • You have completed most sections of the Divorce Resource Center
  • You have organized your notes, documents, questions, and major issues
  • You want to know whether you are ready for mediation
  • You feel stuck or unsure what information is missing
  • You want to avoid surprises before spending more money
  • You plan to schedule coaching, mediation, AI review, or attorney review
No pressure: Binder Review does not mean you are committing to mediation or coaching. If you are ready to talk now, you can book support immediately. If you want structure first, choose the binder review path.

Submitting Your Binder or Summary

Your binder notes and summaries stay private on your device until you choose to download, save, copy, email, or share them.

If you want a review, prepare your binder materials or summary and follow the next-step instructions. Sharing organized materials can help a reviewer, coach, attorney, or mediator understand your situation more quickly and focus on what matters most.
