Why This Conversation Matters

Across the United States, many families entering the family court system are already emotionally overwhelmed before litigation even begins.

Yet prolonged litigation can increase financial instability, emotional stress, mental health strain, and conflict escalation instead of helping families stabilize and rebuild.

This initiative was created to bring awareness to the growing concerns surrounding adversarial family litigation, forced self-representation, prolonged conflict, and the broader human impact many families experience during high-conflict legal proceedings.

This platform is not about attacking individuals. It is about encouraging a larger national conversation focused on stabilization, accountability, access to justice, emotional well-being, and meaningful reform.
