About the Author

Bradley L. Jacobson is the founder of Mediation & Mitigation Solutions and the creator of the High-Conflict Recovery Series.

After decades of navigating a long-term high-conflict marriage and the emotional, financial, and legal aftermath that followed, Bradley began documenting the patterns that leave many capable, thoughtful people feeling destabilized, exhausted, and unsure of their own judgment.

His work focuses on helping individuals understand high-conflict dynamics, restore emotional stability, and rebuild clarity and self-trust—without pressure, diagnosis, or one-size-fits-all solutions.

Bradley’s approach is grounded in lived experience, practical observation, and trauma-aware education. He emphasizes clarity over confrontation, pacing over urgency, and self-protection over performance.

He is not a licensed attorney or mental-health clinician. His work is educational and coaching-based, designed to complement—not replace—professional legal or mental-health support.
