PTSD Recovery Hub
PTSD Recovery Library
This is your growing library of tools to help you recover from chronic stress, emotional abuse, high-conflict relationships, and trauma from divorce or other life events. Some resources are free, others will become low-cost trainings and mini e-books as your recovery ecosystem grows.
Nothing here is therapy or a diagnosis. These are educational tools to help you understand what you’ve been through, calm your nervous system, and rebuild your sense of self — one small step at a time.
Not sure where to start?
Follow this simple path the first time you visit the PTSD Recovery Library:

Want more structure or personal support?
Recovery is not a race, and it’s not a competition. Some people heal mostly through education and self-guided tools. Others need 1:1 support, community, or both. Wherever you fall, you’re not “too much” and you’re not behind.
Important: Mediation & Mitigation Solutions does not provide therapy, crisis services, or medical care. If you are in immediate danger, thinking about self-harm, or in a medical emergency, please contact local emergency services, a crisis hotline, or a trusted professional right away.
