PTSD & Narcissistic Abuse Recovery

1-on-1 PTSD & Trauma-Informed Coaching

Gentle, practical support for people healing from long-term emotional or narcissistic abuse, coercive control, and high-conflict relationships. This is a space to untangle what happened, calm your nervous system, and start rebuilding your clarity and confidence — at your pace.

You don’t have to explain your entire history in one session. We move slowly, respectfully, and in a way that honors what your body and mind can handle.

Who This Coaching Is For

If any of this sounds familiar, this coaching space was designed with you in mind.

  • You’ve experienced years of walking on eggshells, emotional confusion, or constant criticism.
  • You’re recovering from a narcissistic partner, parent, or family member.
  • You feel jumpy, on edge, numb, or like you can’t “shut off” your mind.
  • You second-guess yourself constantly and struggle to trust your own memory or perceptions.
  • You’ve left the relationship (or are planning to leave) and feel shattered, disoriented, or exhausted.
  • You’re still in contact because of kids, finances, or safety — and need tools to cope.
You are not “too sensitive,” “broken,” or “crazy.” Your body and mind are responding to prolonged stress and emotional harm. Coaching gives you language, tools, and support so you don’t have to figure this out alone.

What We Work On in PTSD Coaching

Sessions are focused, practical, and always led at a pace that feels safe for you.

Core Focus Areas

  • Making sense of what happened without re-traumatizing you.
  • Understanding trauma responses (fight, flight, freeze, fawn).
  • Recognizing patterns like gaslighting, DARVO, and coercive control.
  • Building early-stage grounding and self-regulation practices.
  • Separating your identity from the abuser’s narrative about you.
  • Setting realistic, safety-conscious boundaries.
  • Planning next steps without pressure or shame.

What Sessions Feel Like

  • Calm, structured, and judgment-free.
  • You’re not rushed to “tell everything” at once.
  • We name patterns together so you feel less alone and less confused.
  • Every session ends with 1–3 practical things you can try between meetings.
  • If something feels like too much, we slow down or pause.
  • Your story is respected, and your pace is honored.

How 1-on-1 PTSD Coaching Works

A simple, low-pressure structure designed for people already carrying a lot.

  • Step 1 – Start with the Starter Pack (Optional but Helpful)
If you haven’t yet, explore the Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Starter Pack for foundational tools and explanations.
  • Step 2 – Schedule a Coaching Session
We’ll use the first session to understand where you are now, what you’re dealing with, and what you feel ready (and not ready) to work on. (We can later connect this to your booking system.)
  • Step 3 – Build a Gentle Plan
Together we’ll map out a simple, realistic plan for the next few weeks — focused on stability, clarity, and safety, not perfection.
  • Step 4 – Ongoing Support
You can continue with weekly, bi-weekly, or as-needed sessions. There’s no long-term contract and no pressure to “perform” or hit milestones on a schedule.
